Being an Assistant Professor, Associate Dean Academics and Internationalization Naveda Kitchlew’s current effort is to connect University of Management and Technology to foreign faculty and other entities to teach and work with different departments. She is committed to students’ counseling in behavioral and academic issues surrounding student progress and special activities. She is one of the team members working to standardize and benchmark academic courses at UMT so that the bar of teaching and learning is raised to international standards. She has conducted workshops independently or as a team member for employee training and development; evaluated the effectiveness of training courses and also assisted student organizations with planning and development of projects, programs, and activities. Her interest areas include: Strategic Organizational Change in Higher Education, and Strategic Issues in Higher Education and Development

My current effort is to connect University of Management and Technology to foreign faculty and other entities to teach and work with different departments. I am one of the team members working to standardize and benchmark academic courses at UMT so that the bar of teaching and learning is raised to international standards.

  • Conducted several workshops for English Language teachers for improving language teaching skills and methods in classroom; supervised and participated in college fairs and academic events; professional mentoring and organizational training of undergraduate and graduate student interns.
