Beer Game Competition

Beer game which was designed and developed in 1958 by MIt Professor Mr. Jay Forrester.

Bear game represent the Supply Chain Dynamics involving the stakeholders, retailer, wholesaler, distributor and factory. Customer demand is stepped up from order size of 4 cases to 8 cases just to disturb the equilibrium state; time-delay in information and material flow generate oscillation and order placed, inventory of cases and backlog. This time this game was played among Master students of international supply chain class, consisting three teams. Mr. Ijaz Yusuf briefed and debriefed the game and detail. Mr. Muhammad Rehman Maqbool Bhutta coordinated to play the game well under the purview of Center For Supply Chain Research (CSCR)
