Get Oriented to Rigorous Quantitative Research Skills and Applied Economics Research

Introduction

The MS Economics program is intended to prepare students to serve as economic analysts in economic institutes. Our MS Economics program focuses on the development of rigorous applied economic research skills and engages participants in experiential learning via guest speaker lectures, industry visits, seminars, and webinars. We also train students to pursue their PhDs in national and international universities.

The MS Economics program at HSM is planned to provide a concrete background in economic concepts, quantitative methods, and applications suitable for economic analysis in public and private sector organizations. We are having a research collaboration with the Institute of Transport Economics, University of Munster, Germany, that provides an opportunity for participants to gain international practical learning experience as well.
