Dr. Aisha Azhar
Dr. Aisha Azhar is a Fulbright Scholar and an accomplished public administration expert with extensive experience in governance, policy, disaster management, and academic leadership. She serves as Director and Associate Professor at the School of Governance and Society, UMT, and Honorary Dean of Academics at the Zakat Foundation Institute, USA. With a PhD in Public Administration & Policy from Florida State University, she has taught and held leadership roles at prestigious institutions including FSU, LUMS, GIK Institute, UCP, and Brown University’s CHRHS, where she is an Affiliate Global Fellow. Her research spans pro-environmental behavior, collaborative governance, humanitarian response, and public-sector reforms, with numerous publications in top-tier international journals. She also serves on key boards and national committees — including the Punjab Educational Foundation, the Punjab Public Service Commission Selection Board, and HEC curriculum bodies.
Dr. Seemi Waheed
Dr. Seemi Waheed is a high-impact public policy educator with unparalleled experience in civil-service training, having spent over 32 years at the National School of Public Policy, where she rose to senior instructional and leadership roles.
