Institutional accreditations determine the extent to which university programs meet the rigorous quality criteria which are required in specialized professional fields. We strongly believe that relevant accreditations are the means through which our programs are benchmarked against best practice.

NBEAC

National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC)

Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM) at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) has been reaccredited with the ‘W’ Category (highest) accreditation by the National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) for five years, making HSM 1 of Punjab's three business schools accredited by NBEAC in the 'W' category.

South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS)

The Association of Management Development Institutions (AMDISA) has awarded HSM-UMT full SAQS accreditation for a period of five years.

Accreditation Council for Business School Programs

Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM) at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) has been reaccredited by the South Asian Quality Assurance System (SAQS) for five years, making HSM 1 of Pakistan's three business schools accredited by SAQS.

Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN)

The University of Management and Technology (UMT) is an institutional member of the Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN). Institutional members are institutions of higher education in the region that are in good standing with the relevant quality assurance agency if one exists.

UMT is a member of AACSB International which advances quality management education worldwide through accreditation, thought leadership, and value-added services. AACSB International members are located in more than 70 countries around the world.

Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA)

UMT is a member of the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) which was established in 1988 with the initiative of leading management development institutions in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) region. AMDISA is an international not-for-profit association and is a “SAARC Recognized Body”.

The Association of Management Development Institutions in Pakistan (AMDIP) was formed in 2001 by a team of leading educationists and management development gurus of the country with a clear vision of management development in Pakistan.

European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD)

UMT is a member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) which is an international membership organization based in Brussels, Belgium with over 750 member organizations from academia, business, public service and consultancy in 81 countries.
