Dr. Naveda Kitchlew

Naveda Kitchlew is a seasoned academic leader and organizational development expert with more than three decades of experience shaping management education, institutional strategy, and leadership capacity in Pakistan. As former Dean of the School of Business and Economics and former Associate Dean of Academics and Internationalization at UMT, she has led transformative reforms in curriculum design, accreditation, faculty development, and global partnerships—strengthening academic excellence and leadership pipelines.

With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Bath, she has conducted extensive work in behavioral development, strategic organizational change, and human resource capacity building.

A Certified Corporate Director from Harvard, she serves on the boards of leading institutions and champions women’s economic empowerment through platforms like NIC, Invest2Innovate, and Women in Tech.
