Naveda Kitchlew is a seasoned academic leader and organizational development expert with more than three decades of experience shaping management education, institutional strategy, and leadership capacity in Pakistan. As former Dean of the School of Business and Economics and former Associate Dean of Academics and Internationalization at UMT, she has led transformative reforms in curriculum design, accreditation, faculty development, and global partnerships—strengthening academic excellence and leadership pipelines.
With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Bath, she has conducted extensive work in behavioral development, strategic organizational change, and human resource capacity building.
Fatima Asad-Said is a transformative corporate leader and one of Pakistan’s most influential women in technology, consulting, and digital governance. As CEO and Board Member of Abacus Consulting, she brings over 26 years of global experience driving digital transformation, large-scale organizational change, human capital strategy, and inclusive leadership across industries. Her work with global partners—including Google, SAP, Mercer, Huawei, and CCL—reflects her commitment to shaping future-ready organizations while advancing innovation and governance excellence. A Certified Corporate Director from Harvard, she serves on the boards of leading institutions and champions women’s economic empowerment through platforms like NIC, Invest2Innovate, and Women in Tech.
