Aleena Shuja is a lecturer based in Hasan Murad School Management (HSM) at University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore Pakistan. She is also the Program Advisor of Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) and Associate Editor of Organization Theory Review Journal at SPA-UMT. She completed her Masters of Science in Management Sciences MS (MS) from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus in July-2015. Previously she had accomplished her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration BS (BA) from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus in January-2013 and received Bronze Medal along with Certificate of Merit. She has a vast teaching experience of more than six years in the field of management, human resource management and project management. Her role revolves around teaching, supervising Masters/MS projects and theses, batch advising, and research publication.
