Dr Ali holds PhD in Management. He has eighteen years of work experience in university (thirteen years) and the development sector (UNIDO; five years). At the university, he has worked as a research manager, researcher, and teacher. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Management at Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM). Besides teaching and research, he is an active member of the accreditation committee at his school which is playing a pivotal role in getting ACBSP, SAQS, and NBEAC accreditations.
He has organized eight research conferences and launched four research journals. Currently, he is publishing in internationally recognized research journals in the area of Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Governance, and Institutions. He is interested in conducting research to solve real-world problems, for which he is open to networking and collaboration.
