With more than 15 years of teaching experience at recognized universities, Umer Ayub is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Dr. Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM) at UMT. He has done his PhD in management sciences. His research interests include areas related to Knowledge & Innovation Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, Transformative Learning, Sustainable Organizational Practices, and Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methods. He has authored various research papers published in impact factor, Scopus indexed, and HEC recognized journals. He went to National University Singapore (NUS) in 2014 to attend an extensive training program aimed to build and enhance research scholars’ capabilities and skills required to perform research at advance level. In 2016, he went to USA to participate in the project of Collaboration for Faculty Excellence in Teaching and Research (CFETR) at George Mason University Virginia.
