HSM Hosted State Bank of Pakistan Workshop on Islamic Banking

The Department of Economics and Quantitative Methods at Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), UMT, organized a workshop on Islamic Banking in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). The session featured Mr. Mufti Muhammad Umer Irfan from SBP’s Financial Inclusion Support Division as the guest speaker. The session provided valuable insights into the principles and practices of Islamic banking, equipping students with a deeper understanding of this growing sector and its impact on Pakistan’s financial landscape.
