Community Service Work by HSM Students

At Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), students are encouraged to step beyond the classroom environment and make a meaningful impact in their social communities. As part of a management course's final project, almost 100+ students were engaged for community services to raise social awareness and build a bridge between privileged and underprivileged society. The students, under the supervision of Shiza Kazmi, Lecturer, Department of Management HSM, arranged different activities to support needy people and spread information to foster social responsibility among local citizens.
HSM students visited local NGOs such as Al-Khidmat Foundation, Edhi Center, Blessed Homes, Clean Green Pakistan, Saibaan Development, Aafiat Old Age Home, and Al Maida Trust to join hands and serve the community at large. They enthusiastically participated in a diverse array of community initiatives, including a plantation drive to create a pollution free environment, organizing and arranging food distribution service for labor class, the distribution of gifts and stationery in deprived schools, make charity and clothes distribution for underpriveleged people.
