Shiza Kazmi is currently serving as Lecturer at Dr. Hasan Murad School of Management, University of Management & Technology Lahore. She has earned her MPhil and BS (Hons.) in Management Sciences from the University of Punjab with great distinction. She has been teaching Management, Research, and HRM courses at the Department of Management and publishing research in the areas of organizational learning, green management/ sustainability, organizational behaviour, leadership, and strategic management. Prior to this, she managed the Centre of Multidisciplinary Research unit (CMR) and was involved in the publication of research journals for the last three years. She has presented her papers in local and international conferences/ seminars.
