Dr. Rukhsana Kalim has thirty eight years of teaching and administrative experience in both public and private universities. She earned her PhD degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow, UK. She has served as Dean in the School of Business and Economics from 2013-2016 and the Institute of Islamic Banks from 2016-2019. She secured the best teacher award for the year 2012-2013 from HEC. She is associated with UMT since 2002. She has also served as Head of MBA and MPA programs at Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi during 2000-2001. There are many research papers to her credit published in national and international journals. She also presented research papers in various national and international conferences. She is an HEC approved supervisor and has supervised a number of MPhil and PhD theses.
