Dr. Abdul Ghaffar has a diverse background of Management and soft skills. He is associated with the field of training, development and research since the last 25 years. He has earned his Phd degree in management sciences from, University of Management and Technology.
Mr. Ghaffar’s major research interests are HRM, Organizational Psychology / behavior (especially job burnout, job stress, psychological capital, emotional labor etc.), Technology and Innovation, Leadership and its impact on workplace and issues related to education especially higher education. He has presented his research work in numerous international as well as national research conferences and his worked has been published by many renowned journals.
