Dr Hafiz Muhammad Naeem is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM) of the University of Management and Technology. He obtained his PhD from the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Padua, Italy, in March 2020 and received the additional title of ‘Doctor Europaeus’ along with his PhD degree. Dr Naeem has also worked as a postdoc researcher at the Industrial Engineering Department of the University o Padua. In 2021, Dr Naeem won the PhD Excellence research fund from his graduating department. Apart from four years of experience in teaching, he is an active researcher and works in the areas related to strategy and innovation. In particular, his research focuses on analyzing the impact of modern technologies of Industry 4.0 (fourth industrial revolution) on SMEs’ performance measurement and management. He is also working on research projects focused on end-user innovation. Dr Naeem is an HEC approved PhD supervisor.
