Dr. Shumaila Naz is an Associate Professor at the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, and an HEC-Approved Ph.D. Supervisor with over 18 years of academic, research, and consulting experience in Management Sciences, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and sustainabel development. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Science & Engineering from Jiangsu University, China, and has published 33+ research articles in top-tier SSCI, ABDC, SCOPUS, and ESCI indexed journals, accumulating 3186+ Google Scholar citations, a Scopus H-Index of 16, 1,266 Scopus citations, and a cumulative impact factor exceeding 49.7. A PhD Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia, and Executive Trainer at PITAC, she integrates experiential learning methodologies to bridge theory with practice, actively supervises graduate and doctoral researchers, and serves as reviewer and Topic Editor for leading international journals.
