Sohail Ayaz Muhammad is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Hasan Murad School of Management, University of Management and Technology (UMT). He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), with research focused on the mediating role of competitive advantage between intellectual capital, innovation, and export performance in SMEs. He is actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Operations Management, Supply Chain Strategy, and Vendor Management, along with supervising MBA research projects. His research interests include strategic supply chain management, intellectual capital, competitive advantage, and innovation performance. He continues to engage in academic research and professional development to contribute to the evolving landscape of operations and supply chain management.
