HSM-UMT Hosts Thought Leaders for Post Budget 2025-26 Seminar

The Department of Economics and Quantitative Methods at Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), in collaboration with the Offices of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) at UMT, organized a seminar titled "Post Budget 2025-26: A Way Forward."
The session featured Mr. Khalid Usman, Senior Vice President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry; Prof. Dr. Nadeem ul Haque, Former Vice Chancellor of the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE); and Mr. Aijaz Zaki, Regional Chairman/Vice President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
The speakers shared their expert views on the federal budget 2025-26 and its implications for Pakistan’s economic landscape. The seminar served as a valuable platform for dialogue among academia, industry, and policy experts.
